Suzanne Sharp

Now London based, Suzanne was born in Malta and grew up in Rome. She was the Co-Founder and Creative Director of the Rug Company for 25 years. She describes her design aesthetic as “guided by instinct and a nomadic way of life.”

Her visual vernacular is deeply rooted in colour and pattern. Her aesthetic is modern and she respectfully takes inspiration from her extensive travels as well as the world of architecture, theatre, fashion, art and history and is constantly searching, selecting and editing her ideas. All these influences are evident in her work.
